Seminars lasting one or two days are the most effective way of teaching you and your employees the principles of my tools and familiarising them with their specific application. Ideally, this seminar is supplemented by subsequent individual coaching sessions in which your employees can apply what they have learned in a personal session and receive individual strategies for their appearance, communication style, and leadership qualities.
